One-on-one Pilates Classes


Besides Group classes, we also offer one-on-one Pilates classes. These one-on-one classes can be booked by anyone, whether you are a beginner, an athlete, pregnant, pensioner or needing assistance to with an injury.

The one-on-one Pilates classes are designed to give you the personal attention that you need to achieve your goals. We put together a Pilates program that is suited to your specific needs. 

Pilates is used and recommended by many Physiotherapist to help rehabilitate injuries. Because Pilates is a whole body exercise, it promotes stability and mobility by building strength, balance and good posture. Studies have shown that Pilates can reduce pain and assist in recovery.

We have a great success rate with assisting with the following rehabilitation:
